I am a studio potter currently based in Brooklyn, NY.  I create Japanese inspired teaware and other functional vessels for everyday enjoyment.  Having lived in Japan for 8 years, my aesthetic has been greatly formed by the food, tea and ceramic culture of Japan.  I have a diverse background studying ceramics in the US, Japan and China, which is naturally reflected in the forms and feeling of my wares.
